Day 01:

Arrival at Kathmandu and Transfer to Hotel

Day 02:

Cultural Sightseeing in Kathmandu and Trek Preparation

After Breakfast at Hotel, we set out for a sightseeing of Kathmandu Valley as per our itinerary includes the tour of Pashupatinath temple, Swayambhunath, Boudhanath Stupa and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Instead of Kathmandu Durbar Square. All these sites are listed in UNESCO World Heritage Site list. Pashupatinath Temple is considered one of the holiest place for the Hindus built in pagoda style and site is a collection of temples, ashrams, images, inscriptions and the cremation ceremony of the Hindus can be seen along the Bagmati’s river bank. Swayambhunath Stupa is located at top of hill which is believed to be around 2500 years old. The four sides structure represents the four elements of earth, fire, wind and water. There are 365 steps passing through which you will reach the holy site or there is option of driving. Bouddhanath Stupa is one of the oldest and biggest monument built in the Himalayan nation. Explore around the inspiring white dome reverberate with energy; observe and send a prayer where you wish. on each side are a pair of the all-seeing-eyes of the Buddha symbolizing awareness, look around for souvenirs. Kathmandu Durbar Square is also known as Hanuman Dhoka Palace. Many temples which are dedicated to different Hindu deities. Most of the buildings here were constructed from the 15th – 18th century. The palace is named after the Hindu god Hanuman, who is regarded as the protector of the entire palace. The Durbar Square of Kathmandu holds many old palaces, buildings, temples and statues from medieval times. Unique Nepali architecture, amazing wood-crafting, stone and metal works, rare carvings done on their doors and windows. After the tour, you will return back to the hotel.

Day 03:

Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla, Trek to Phakding (2,610m/8,561ft)

Distance: 8km, 3 to 4 hours trek

Early morning,You will be pick up by guide and transfer to Airport for flight to Lukla (2,800m), which brings you to the start of your trek. The 35 minutes flight itself is spectacular and exciting which offers you to enjoy the beauty green hills along with background of snowy mountain peaks. While boarding our guide try to get seat on the left hand side of the plane for incredible views. On reaching Lukla we meet our porters and had a short refreshment break. We head towards Phakding (2,652 meters) passing the Cheplung village and bank of Dudh Koshi river. This first Day hike to Phakding is specifically designed for the purpose of acclimatization, allowing you time to get used to the higher elevation. You will be likely to encounter fellow trekkers, locals, and yaks with their tinkling bells. Today's trekking journey is relatively short around 3-4 hours. Overnight at Lodge in Phakding. Day 04:

Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m/11,284 ft)

Distance: 10.5km, 6 to 7 hours trek

After Breakfast, trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar. We begin our trek through forest, over yak pastures and passes through the village of Monjo we made our way to the entry point of Sagarmatha National Park. At about half-way up the ascent, a gap in the trees allows us to spy Mount Everest for the first time. Today trekking route consists of a number of high suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi River that lead us to village of Monjo, entrance of Sagarmatha National Park. At Monjo, our guide will complete the paperwork of permits and head on up to towards the Namche through Jorsalle. The trail gets steeper along the way, and crossing suspension bridge we start our final ascent to Namche Bazaar. Upon your arrive at Namche, settle into your accommodations and explore the town. It is the most prosperous and the largest town in the Khumbu. If you are here on a weekend, check out trading centre with a weekly Saturday local market. Overnight at Lodge in Namche Bazaar. Day 05:

Acclimatization and Explore Namche Bazaar

We will spend a day in Namche Bazaar to acclimatize and appropriate adaptation with the environment at the height. Today you will get a chance to adjust your body with the altitude. Hike around the Namche Bazar with visit to some local schools, Buddhist Monastery. Enjoy the panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and many other mountains range. we strongly suggest an easy walk up to a similar altitude of the next day’s walk. Further more, Get the panoramic view of Namche and see the Himalayas range from the highest located hotel in world, Everest View Hotel. To get an amazing views of notable peaks like Ama Dablam, Nuptse, Lhotse, and Everest, we will also hike up to Everest Hotel followed by cup of tea/coffee and Also Easy Hike to Khumjung Village (Optional). Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,840m/9,316ft)

Distance: 17.9km, 6 to 7 hours trek

After the breakfast in Namche Bazaar, we will be hiking down a steep trail that descends to the Hillary Suspension Bridge and continue hike over several local villages via Dhudh Koshi River. Though most of the route is an easy downhill slope, the last section uphill climb of 45 minutes will bring us to Lukla. Upon arrival, freshen up at your lodge and relax or enjoy last day in mountain with strolling around shops, bars, and cafes! —there are plenty of things to do. Overnight at Lodge in Lukla. Day 07:

Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu

After Breakfast, You will take from Kathmandu to Pokhara which takes around 6 Hours. (You also have a flight option from Kathmandu to Pokhara which takes 25 minutes.) Best Season

You are welcome for Trip any time of the year. This trip can be done throughout the year but Spring Season in the month of March, April, May and Autumn in the month of September, October, and November are known as the best season. During this month the weather you can enjoy the fresh air, clear mountain view and pleasant sunrise. However, this trip is can also be done in winter, which runs from December, January, and February. Summer/monsoon season which runs from July to August is neither good nor bad to make this trip.

Trip Grade

This Mount Everest View Trek, Pokhara and Chitwan Tour includes two different parts hiking in the Everest up to Namche Bazaar and Sightseeing in different destination.

Everest View Trek itinerary is pretty easier and can be done without previous experience. It is one of the easier trekking experience in Everest Region that can be done from the 12 years young to 75 years old. It is high mountain trekking so reasonable fitness level is required. It is physically quite moderate which involves approx 5-8 hours trekking along the way. The hiking trip is best for beginners or trekkers who want to enjoy the sights of Everest, with the maximum altitude at 3,962m above sea level.

Tour to Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan does not require any experience. This tour is suitable for any kind Physical fitness of people from Child to Old people. For the transfer between the different places we will have the private transportation but during the sightseeing to get in heritage site, visiting different places or during Chitwan tour you will be need to walk short distance only. In spite of this, the children and elders are to be under the guidance of their guardian.

Transportation & Flight

In this trip, Aspiration Adventure provides all the necessary transportation on private vehicle. The regular airlines flight to and from Lukla during the Namche Bazaar Trek and Flight from Bharatpur to Kathmandu. Our flights to and from Lukla are through regular airlines twin Otter and Dornier. Firstly we provide free arrival and departure service, Please let us know about your international flight for this service. On Arrival Day, you will be warmly welcome by our representative by traditional flower and transfer to respective hotel. On trip we will Accommodate you on Standard 3 Star Hotel in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan, Bandipur and teahouse while trekking to Namche Bazaar on twin sharing basis. However, Single Supplement can be provided upon request at additional cost. In the cities you will get inspiring view from the rooms well equipped with guest amenities like – TV, air conditioning, attached bath with 24-hour hot water, WI-FI. On your trek to Everest Region Namche Bazaar, you will stay in a teahouse which usually provides facilities with good food, accommodation, and other such as hot or cold shower, etc.

Will somebody come to pick me up at the airport upon my arrival ?

Yes, Our representative will be there to greet you at the Kathmandu airport. We will be displaying your Name Plate or Aspiration Adventure signboard to receive you from an international airport and transfer to hotel on Private vehicle.

How will the tour guides communicate with us? Are they experienced?

Yes, All of our guides speak excellent English. You will have the trekking guide while trekking up to Namche Bazaar in Everest Region and Tour Guide in the cities. We use local guides who have been to the Everest Region Route numerous times. Our guides have many year’s of working experience, knowledgeable, flexible, polite, authorized licensed holder and are very good at connecting with people. Moreover, if you wish we can include Spanish, French, Germany, Russian, Italian, Japanese Speaking guide throughout the tour.

Do we need to pay an entrance fee for the heritage site?

No, you do not have to pay entrance fees at the heritage sites in Kathmandu, Pokhara or Chitwan. All the entrance fees are included in the trip cost. Our guides will pay on your behalf.

Can I Buy trekking equipment in Kathmandu before the start of the trek to Namche Bazaar?

The answer is YES! You may not have full equipment yourself that is appropriate for Short Everest View trek. So, it is possible and economical to buy or rent the trekking gear (e.g. boots, jacket, gloves. sleeping bags, Down Jacket) in Kathmandu. The best way to find trekking equipment in Kathmandu before the start of the trip is to ask your guide or trekking agency. Through them, No deposit required for renting. What Permits are necessary for this Mount Everest View trek? Are they included ?

Every trekkers who are willing to trek Everest Region requires TIMS Permit, Sagarmatha National Park entry permit fee, Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality Entrance Permit. Please be noted that, you do not have to pay extra for permit. It is organized and provided in the package by Aspiration Adventure – All of these permit are included in cost.

Can I Choose my own Departure Dates for the trip?

Yes, you can choose your own Departure dates according to your time and schedule. Being a local tour and trekking agency in Nepal we can organize your trip according on any dates and years of time. We believe everyone have different taste and preference so, if published departure dates are not suitable for your plans then please send us your Inquiry we will customize your trekking itinerary.

Does your guide and porter have Insurance ?

Yes, Our Guide and Porter are fully insured. Our Guide and Porter are only eligible for the trekking after involving a training conducting by the Government of Nepal.

Do we need to carry additional medicine for trekking?

Yes, Our guide will be carrying a first aid box along with some basic medicine like ibuprofen, codeine, paracetamol, lozenges, anti-diarrhea tablets and diamox for AMS. However, It is recommended to carry some medicine by yourself.

Can I obtain the visa for Nepal upon on arrival at the airport ?

Yes, Visa is available at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu’s where you can simply get the “On Arrival Visa” with the application that require at least a passport of 6 months’ validity, and a passport size photo. You will be charged USD $ 30 for 15 days and USD $ 50 for 30 days as visa application fee which have to be paid in cash on arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport. For those tourists who have Indian and Chinese passports then you do not need a visa (Free Visa).
