Chisapani Nagarkot Dhulikhel Trek offers you a unique opportunity to experience the nature, rural life and awe inspiring majesty with beauty of dramatic mountain views. It is also one of the nearest well maintained trekking trail from Kathmandu Valley. The starting point of this trek, Sundrijal is just a hour drive. This is 4 Days hiking around the Kathmandu Valley through the lush landscape of the Shivapuri National Park, dense forests of oak and pine. You will trek through different places such as Chispani, Nagarkot, Dhulikhel, and Panauti. In addition, Visit peaceful magical pilgrimage place, Namobuddha.
This hike starts after one hour drive to Sundarijal. Your first destination is Chisapani, which can be reached within 4 hours walk. Sundarijal is gateway to Shivapuri National Park and source of drinking water in Kathmandu Valley. On the first day of trail, you will pass through forests, stream and a typical village of Tamang community. Within a short period of time, you will enjoy the nature being away from crowd city. Next Day, you will continue trek to Nagarakot. One of the famous hill station well known for its Sunrise views over Himalayan range. These 7 Hours easy trek offers you the panoramic view of the Himalayan ranges including Mount Gaurishankar, Ganesh Himal Dhaulagiri, and Mt Everest.
Next Day, After 5 hours walk you will drop down to Dhulikhel. On the way, you will hike through countryside villages, Observe the long preserved old arts and architecture of Newari culture. Sightseeing and hiking tour around the holiest Buddha shrine of Namo Buddha is another highlights of trip. This site is decorated with splendid sculptures and thanka art. Then, We hike to Panauti through local village and beautiful terraces of rice fields, old settlement and drive back to Kathmandu.
